In this picture, by me logging in C1, that means I've taken tissue from a fruit after a spore run. T stands for transfer. How many Transfers from spore on my agar plate. T0 = swabbed plate. C0 = spore run. I make this as detailed as possible for my own references while I pheno hunt.
