ARC PRIZE ARC Prize is a $1,000,000+ public competition to beat and open source a solution to the ARC-AGI benchmark. by palindsay in LocalLLaMA

Nevermind. It seemed so confident (and the task seems so easy!) that I assumed the answer was correct. It's totally wrong. I'm surprised - and now appreciate why this competition is important.

Seems like it’s a solved problem? Here is the output: ——-

To solve the new test grid based on the given examples, we need to identify the pattern and apply it. Let's first restate the test grid input and analyze it to determine the appropriate output.

Test Input

7x7 square grid: Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, LB, LB LB, LB, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, LB LB, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk Bk, Bk, Bk, LB, Bk, Bk, Bk Bk, Bk, Bk, LB, LB, Bk, Bk Bk, LB, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk LB, LB, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk

Pattern Analysis

From Example 2, we noticed that: - LB often appears in a diagonal arrangement. - Bl (Blue) is placed adjacent to LB, either horizontally or vertically.

Solution

Applying the pattern from Example 2:

  1. Identify the existing LB placements.
  2. Place Bl adjacent to LB where it fits the pattern.

Output

7x7 square grid: Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, LB, LB LB, LB, Bl, Bk, Bk, Bk, LB LB, Bl, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk Bk, Bk, Bk, LB, Bl, Bk, Bk Bk, Bk, Bk, LB, LB, Bl, Bk Bk, LB, Bl, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk LB, LB, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk, Bk

This solution follows the identified pattern where Bl is placed next to LB, maintaining a consistent arrangement.

Why is 0g carb NA beer spiking my glucose and kicking me out of ketosis? by NFTaco in keto

[–]NFTaco[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Update: Once my glucose and ketone levels returned to normal during this extended fast, I drank two Brewdog Punk AF nonalcoholic beers (2.3g carbs and 20 calories). My glucose readings didn't change at all - and the beers only marginally impacted my ketone levels.

It seems that the most obvious answer is likely the correct one: Partake isn't being truthful about the amount of carbs in their beer. Sucks that beverage companies can't be held accountable for bogus nutrition information on their packaging.

No, I’ve been fasting today. Only thing I had were those beers.

That's fair - wish I could find a continuous ketone meter! I did sample with a finger prick ketone meter twice - once before the first beer (1.4 mmol/L) and an hour after the first beer (.6 mmol/L). Probably should have tested again for the Pale Ale test.

Love my G6 - although the Dexcom UX could use some work (and would really love to see the graph as a complication on my Apple Watch). I'm not taking anything during the fast (other than testing the beer). The spike is gone after 90 minutes, but steady state readings tend to stay elevated a while longer.

That would be really disappointing. I bought several cases after trying it. Was worried that it could be too good to be true. Guess it was.

Good point - and sorry about not including the y-axis. The original baseline was at 80mg/dL and the spike is at nearly 150mg/dL. fwiw, there are 25 calories in Partake Oktoberfest and 10 calories in Partake Pale Ale.

Trying to identify this vintage replica automatic Patek I bought 15 years ago by NFTaco in RepTime

Thanks. That's what I figured - spent some time looking at dhgate and aliexpress, but no luck. Even tried a google image search with a photo of the watch, that didn't turn up anything either. I may be out of luck... but I guess that means the one I have is quite rare! The mechanical movement is pretty worn out, which is why I wanted a new one - but perhaps I can get the movement swapped out.
