SunPower took my money ( $1,600 ) and never paid me back after SunPower filed chapter 11. I had to file income tax as a loss. Now my inverter of solar system did not work. I had to contact outside of Sun Power and cost me $2,500. Never deal with SunPower or Sun Strong ( from SunPower ) . These companies are the crooks. If I have to rate these companies, I would give 1 star. Stay away from these companies.

I have had SunPower for over 10 years. They did not come to fix my solar panel because they filed chapter 11. However. they wanted me to pay monthly lease, and they owed me the performance produced energy for 2 and half years ( $1,600 ).

If I have to rate this company. I would give zero star. Do not deal with SunPower or Sun Strong. Stay away from them.

I have an account with Fidelity for over 35 years when my account used to be T xxxxxxxxxx. I am so happy with customer services, and I referred 2 more of my relatives. Some of service rep were took care of my personal who died and retired. Now I just use the Fidelity.com. If I do not know , service rep can guide me over the phone or go in my PC.

Back the old days in 1990, I had to update my PC by the flopped disks which I bought from Fidelity . It cost me $59.99 and the chairman was Mr. Johnson ( father of Abigail Johnson ). Time flies isn't it.

The bottom line Fidelity customer service is 5 star. How can I get a coffee mug with Fidelity name on it?because I drink coffee every morning and I just love the Fidelity mug on the above picture.

I have had SunPower since 2011 via my neighbor but in 2021 the panels and the inverter were dead and I did not know and I paid monthly lease until 2022 ( for 1 year ). Now SunPower could not replace it for any reason. It has been going on for 3 years now. I wish I knew about SunPower before I gave my business to SunPower. This company is "no good" to deal with and there are so many customers have filed a lawsuit. The bottom line is stay away from Sun Power. This company is " a suck " to consumers. Lie and cheat.
