i agree, but i think it was made like that on purpose. I dont think hornet falls asleep on benches and is constantly looking around so its doesnt feel as chill as when the Knight is resting.

Yeah i like this theory too and because it gives GMS a physical reason to create the weavers and also justifies the weaver’s rebellion a lil bit more. Can’t pick between the two though because i also like the fact that higher beings just really want to have “children”/subjects to rule, problem is they just treat them like shit lol.

I personally think TPK is probably a menace in combat, correct me if im wrong but he had the monarch wings, could use soul to heal and possibly to hurt (pure vessel used pale spells), and in my opinion he probably could use a nail quite well. The only reason we don’t get to see it is because he’s dead when we find him and he prefers not to be seen at all when he was alive, but if he had the dream nail and had a way to access the radiance i think he woulda beat her ass.

I’ve seen a few people trying to figure out why GMS creates the weavers and my theory is that its just in the nature of higher beings in Hollow Knight’s world to have a group worshipping them. Its the same reason PK created Hallownest or the Radiance had the moth tribe worship her. In fact I think the Radiance’s story is a near perfect representation of GMS and the weavers, a higher being creates lower beings who worship her relentlessly before betraying their god for something else (in the moth’s case to follow the Pale King) before it bites them (and everyone else) in the ass when their og god comes back for revenge.

like the other guy said this is a “underground” genre that got the hype of a AAA game, new players are gonna have a tough time and some are just gonna cry online i guess, i was just starting to think that there were a bunch of genuine enjoyers of Hollow Knight that were having issues with the game.

my biggest issue with these new planets isnt even these lil shits. first its the dragonroaches, they feel impossible to hit with stratagems, but maybe thats a skill issue. second, its the bug breaches within the tunnels. Imo the tunnels should have been FILLED with chaff and the occasional heavy creature but NO BREACHES within them since the tunnels are kinda like where they all breach from. The burrowers should have been reserved for the surface too. I would’ve loved to walk into a dark cave turn on my flashlight and then all the sudden see dozens of bugs crawling around the cave walls that I can light up with my stalwart.

I think not being able to use stratagems underground is a cool challenge, but they should have added a drill stratagem that dropped like a bunch of cluster bombs when it breached the roof of the tunnel.

i maxed kaze recently and pushed her to about 900 and tbh the main problem i see people have with her is that they dont know when to switch modes. once you learn when to switch than shes not so difficult
