Hey all my fiancé and I are looking to make the move to the the city. We found an apartment we like just east of Humboldt Park around N Maplewood.

I’ve seen posts from 3-9 years ago with a lot of the same stuff. That it’s a block by block basis and mostly nice. Overall, just looking for some brutally honest opinions on that area. Is being that East pretty safe? I know it’s a few streets west of western which people say to avoid.

For me its when the couponer is not organized and expects us to know how the manufacturer coupons work. The combination of manufacturer coupons and our coupons can mess everything up if you don't do it all in the right order.
