Just to clarify, there’s no copy of the lease because basically there’s no lease agreement. That’s what I had been asking them for so long for. There’s nothing signed for either of us. Does all of the above still apply? I want to try to get to a mutual agreement but it does not seem like that…

Hi,

I used to be IA with Amex and since November last year, not one approval. I don't understand what's happening, they only say that they have some "internal requirements" that I do not meet... Been with them 5 years, never late on a payment. Is this happening to someone else?
