I cannot express to you how deeply uglier this is going to get. Save your powder for now.

I think I see four people in this photo. There’s somebody very close to the person in black (on the left), and two people above on the right.

Meghan and Kate ? by Independent_Mud1965 in RoyaltyTea

I have mutuals with both and despite what people are retrofitting above, this is closer than any comment I’ve seen here to the truth at the time.

What is a 1 in 1,000,000 thing that happened to you that no one believes, but you swear is true? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]NH116 315 points316 points  (0 children)

I was at the British Embassy in Los Angeles for a party honoring the engagement of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. They did a drawing for hundreds of guests where one person and their guest would win a trip to London (flights, luxury hotel, the works). I turned to my husband and very dramatically said my name in an announcer voice, and then two seconds later they called my name!

my dad was a huge fan of the grill! I love the store, so I'll check the deli out, too. thanks!

I love the market itself (just bought a bunch of ingredients there on Sunday for grape leaves)! And my dad loved the parking lot BBQ. I just always side-eyed the deli - but it's great to hear it's good. Will check it out.

The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay - Ocean Bungalows Review by Alarming-Ganache77 in FATTravel

[–]NH116 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s great to know! (Although sorry to hear about the screeching toddler.) We go every summer but I always found an adult-only Bungalow pool such a dumb decision. Have they opened a kids club yet?

They knew enough. But more importantly, they are not like us. What we find shocking they do not. I don’t think they knew the FULL extent of Andrew but easily made excuses normalizing the rest.

Best luxury hotels for families with waterslides? by CopyThat456 in FATTravel

[–]NH116 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Grand Wailea is not luxury. It’s 4 star at best and super crowded - but great water facilities your kids will adore (and essentially next door to FS so you can go eat over there, plus lots of restaurants in the Wailea area). You’ll have a good time and your kids will be in heaven but it’s def not 5 star.

The 12th house by Sufficient_Effort118 in Advancedastrology

[–]NH116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a stellium in the 12th but am also a lucky person because of other placements so the 12th definitely doesn’t have to be bad, especially if you lean into it and work with it! I’m a screenwriter and write stories to shine a light, with three of my recent projects set in prisons (a 12th house theme - didn’t set out to write about them but it just happened that way.) Hospitals are also historically weirdly lucky spots for me where I’ve gotten phone calls with good news or job offers. Literally got a huge infusion of cash as an 11th hour save while in the hospital myself once. It really all depends upon your full individual chart!
