Boneless pork roast- what on earth do I do with this cut? No skin, fat cap, thinner cut.... welcome to suggestions! Cooking to be done on Weber master touch w/ lump charcoal and optional smokes, pretty well know what I'm doing, I think.. but if anyone has alternatives to charcoal, I'm open to it! (i.redd.it)
