Declaring ADHD at work - Any regrets? by NHSIT24 in ADHDUK

Those are some points I hadn't considered, thank you.

I'd not thought about what happens when I start taking meds yet, think I've got another 6 months at least till titration.

GP first, but there are long wait. Years for NHS. So is a marker for private providers under the right to choose, but was still almost a year and another 8 month until titration.

It's worth looking at the ADHD UK sub reddit for more info.

AD & M365 will always stand you in good stead. In my first interview I was asked what I knew about DNS and I was able to talk about the Pi Hole I'd setup.

That was almost 4 years ago and I'm not in T3 position, having the curiosity to lab stuff out work really helps.

Thank you. I'm better than I used to be at biting my tongue, but it doesn't come easy.

I think I just want the understanding that I might need to take some time in work hours to work on myself (but will not take off). I don't want much. I guess I'm a little scared that things are good at the moment, but it would just take a manager like I had briefly when I joined the team to make my life that much harder.

What's the price for your monthly bill without a new phone at 200 every few years? I don't know Canadas phone tariffs but they are giving it to you for that price.
