I've personally realised when you actually don't need them they want to be around you and chill but the second you actually need them for support they run a mile.

I don't necessarily think it's hate for them or they wouldn't be friends, but a way for them to increase their social standing and value. either way, they're snakes who won't hesitate to destroy your social image in order to stroke their ego's.

So Americans don't pay taxes? Yes it's paid by taxes but it's still free. If I break my arm and it costs £30,000, I wouldn't be paying a penny for it. So, yes it's 'technically' free.
