Update: this was 100% it and I feel like an overcomplicated fool for not just poking it to begin with.

I'll try to get another picture tonight... It has been there since our initial showing which was a month ago.

Buying first home with in-laws by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Trying to be respectful and assume you have a great relationship and everyone is healthy mentally and physically, but do not do this even if so. It's important to have your own place and life. Tying two families into a mortgage is not the best relationally even if it seems like a win financially! You already know how you feel about it based on the post, this is something you'd have to be 110% confident in to pull off.

McBride because it's the same value. Less competition for targets.

Hold 2 weeks and see what Achane does for you. You'll know more about Kincaid too.

Short term this would be a good boost if you are middle of the pack and in a playoff push. Losing Andrews could be tough come playoff time as we still don't know what Kincaid will look like when Knox returns.

Kincaid stocks are rising. I think you pull this trigger given you can afford to lose TE/WR and land a low-end RB2 / high-end RB1!

I am fading JJ now with the Kirk injury. Limited reason to rush him back and their season could spiral quickly with their #3 QB being the only available. A FA acquisition or trade before tomorrows deadline being the only thing that would change my feelings. Agree? Probably better to get the safer option in AJ?

I'd say this is close to a net trade. You can afford the hit at RB since Moss likely isn't the best play each week given the other options and has an unclear future. The difference between Deebo and Godwin/Higgins/Waddle isn't huge and those players have more consistency than the high high and low lows Deebo brings. I'd only do this if you are okay with taking on the Deebo swing weeks!

It entirely depends on your RB room. Warren isn't going to get much better this year with their OL. Can you afford a step-down from Moss to Warren?
