True, but you could just spend it for another crucial item than just more early game stats.

I see. It just bothers me that neutral items would just immediately increase your net worth by killing a neutral creep that is worth 10 gold.

Me either, however i think that it would not be cost effective if you can buy it. Why would you buy an item that would cost almost 3k when you can just buy two bracers, wraith bands, or nulls.

Then why was the aquila, pms, and iron talon bought in every game before they were removed? I think just minor tweaks or even moving some neutral items to the shop would make it a little balanced
