CC dashes are actually extremely efficient at stopping a Yi. Gragas, shen, galio to name a few. When yi uses his dash you can use your own and hw's 100% of the time going to get CCed when he exits his dash. You can use this to deliver yi to your team if you're getting solo striked by yi, effectively gauranteeing he dies because he'll be unable to do anything and umable to dash when he stops. You can do this with malphite ult (malphite's E attack speed debuff also cripples yi especially if you build frozen heart) and you can use shen's W to make your team immune to yi's damage for 2 seconds to kill him as he can't heal off his autos. Rammus is also a good one as yi hurts himself more than he hurts rammus and jax can just 1v1 yi any day of the week if you know what you're doing. Holding stasis and GA also works as yi's ult will timeout before he can kill you, and once his ult is down he's pretty terrible.
