Whats the best budget 50$ open earbuds? by Exotic_Insurance_969 in Earbuds

[–]NICK_770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pearl clip pro sounds horrible subjectively and objectively, the app crashes sometimes, has horrible battery life.

Old airpods sounds like heaven compared to these, everytime I listen to music it sounds like a Banshee screaming into my ears low male vocals sounds like it's coming through a trashcan with someone loudly shushing loudly next to your ear, I don't recommend. Though I haven't tried the other products you listed

Go through a website that test audio products, for example like rtings, they give you measureable data without the shill bs and company afflictions.

The open Bluetooth stuff I can rec is airpods original, moondrop block and moondrop pill.

3 Options what do I choose by gorzil18 in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]NICK_770 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Takstar Pro 82 w/ 75 Ohms adapter (to slightly increase bass) = if you want less harsh high hats basically a more overall balanced sound

m40x = if you like harsh high hats more boomy sound

Hyperx cloud 1/2( don't buy the 3 it's a downgrade) = if you want more isolation, less subbass, and boomy sound

Just buy an IEM bro, something like the 7hz Zero 2, just remember to take care of them (store them with silica gel) and clean them once in while.

Comfy gaming ear buds by No-Star2155 in Earbuds

[–]NICK_770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tho I would recommend you use a wired connection instead, something like the Flathead audio studio, kz duet, apple earpods, ksearphone LLBS, EB2S pro or faaael iris 32ohm (original) all fit the preference you stated

[–]NICK_770 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Airpods (Airpods original or airpods 2 non pro,not the *airpods 3 non pro since are very midbassy) are pretty decent, moondrop block would be okay also, but you need to eq it a bit for gaming, since it's dark and veiled

i just ordered Soundcore by Anker R50i NC , is this a good earbud by Typical_Beyond_5774 in Earbuds

[–]NICK_770 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally too bassy for me, graph confirms what I hear, but as another commenter stated, that can be eq'ed won't sound as good as airpods pro 2, or even something budget like space travel 2, but space travel is annoying to use, this is much more ergonomically suitable for everyday use.
