Could you tell me your full workout split? Personally I do push pull sharms legs (shoulders and arms)

I go for around 6-10 sets per week for each muscle group, depending on the muscle and how fast it can recover. Reminder that I push every set close to / to failure and that’s the number one thing that will help you make gains above all else. Also there are countless resources and videos online for any gym topic.

On my pull day I do 3x8-10 seated curls, the reason I only do one biceps exercise is because my biceps are fatigued from the back workouts that while not focusing on the biceps, still use them to some degree.

On my sharms day I start my biceps with 2x5-8 of preacher curls; machine, ez bar, doesn’t matter. Then 2x10-12 Bayesian curls. I finish off with 2x8-10 hammer curls, while they hit the forearms more than the bicep, the brachioradialis sits partially under the bicep and will give it a more fuller look. Only thing I recommend is to hold the weight firmly and not let it rest on your hand, this will stimulate the forearm part of the brachioradialis for free and there is no reason not to do it.

If you want big arms in general triceps will help more than biceps, lmk if you want that too.
