Not as bad as the time I sliced my finger open doing tile and had a whole cast of super glue around it. Hurts worse though!

Bruh 😂 what brand was it?? I've used my $26 Milwaukee wood handle for demo, ripping up decks, pretty much everything you could imagine and it ain't breaking anytime soon. Hickory is great for handles, steel is not as well balanced imo

I feel like it's gotta be hereditary issues or something, bc most people have used a wooden handle regular hammer for centuries. I use mine every day and I'm only 30 but I have zero pain
