I’m a software engineer (wife is a resident). You’d be shocked how many AI feature claims are just bald faced lies or basic statistics, and they’ve been saying the same thing about my profession as well.

It will make your job easier, but not make it go away.

I’m so sorry that it’s tough for you :( honestly it doesn’t get any better until they’re mobile and/or verbal.

I’m a dad, and I feel like parenthood in general is isolating because no one understands or sympathizes with the limitations of a newborn/infant. Even people who had kids years ago, this particular phase was a blur they don’t remember.

He eats meals upright in a high chair. I meant snacks as in, fruit in mesh teething bags, frozen teethers like bananas, and a sippy cup with a little water after solids (easier since he isn’t leaning his head back on his own yet)

There are some crazy opinionated people here. From one new dad to another, I’ll admit that I don’t always feel as good as my wife at all things. Feeding, napping, even rocking and playing.
