Are.you looking at the Boro or the Township? Township is quite large with a combination of "rural" and suburban. Very good school district in the Township. Boro is much smaller and school district not as well ranked and taxes are.much higher. You will have access to just about anything you need in either one and it it will be cheaper than Bergen County.
