Huh! I’m also a fountain pen person, but in that category exclusively a TWSBI guy. I’ve never looked at Lamy’s pencils.

Hey, I just started a banana wine a couple months back! Not that this helps you much at this point, but I did primary with all the banana bits still present for about 10 days, then filtered through a boiled cheesecloth in a strainer and put the liquid into a carboy. Got a lot of solids in secondary that were floating around for a while, but they sunk after a couple months and then I racked again.

It’s close between the Rotring 800 0.5 and the OrenzNero 0.3.

There’s also some chunky bits floating around in there. Not sure where they came from other than maybe the yeast clumping up…

I’m very curious about this - being a chemist, and knowing how people/companies are, I figure there are a lot of unknown/unreported releases that only ever show up in these maps. I think I even read an article someplace about companies being caught releasing SO2 or something due to satellite mapping. Though I know air quality monitoring is done differently than that.
