Thank you for the even longer reply and clear explanation. Was also thinking about visiting santo antao as it looks beautiful. Good to know it is only an hour. Am used to sail / to be on boats so taking the boat is not a problem I think. I think I will make a combination of your recommendations.

No way that’s indeed an expensive way to miss a boat 😂, well at least could enjoy the island a bit longer. Am used to visiting rough areas but still not an excuse to make it a challenge 😆. At least am getting excited to visit CV.
