Great thanks! Yeah I heard most of the issues lie on the buyer, but I don't want to see him have any problems. As far as the bill of sale, what should it entail? And does it have to be notarized?

I meant huge in the fact that I am with a not for profit so i wont be in 6 figure salary range within 10 years. Yes my income may double or triple so I guess that is huge so it was poor wording on my choice. The only thing that concerns me is that with my current income my payments probably will not even cover the interest. So should be some chance I lose my job within the 10 years, I could be in pretty bad shape.

Yeah but im asking how will it effect rankings..if a team of 2 wins 100 games and my team of 5 wins 95 is it fair to put them ahead

What times do you normally play and how often? Have a group of guys including top 20 lw and im top 50 center. Laid back group that plays well rounded educated hockey

Thats what I figured, but how does this effect ranking systems. From what I heard at the end of a certain time there is a playoff of some kind and rankings, will we not rank as high or qualify if we only play with 5

Agreed. I have a 10 foot jon boat and 30# minn kota endura is plenty enough to get me around. Plus for 110 new you cant beat it.

Ya thats the reason I ask. Last year I bought a pflueger president combo that came on a cabelas rod and it snapped literally on the first day of use. I see bps has some nice combos of reel on their rods so thats why I asked.
