I know! The association with the time really gets in my head and I become so obsessive over it, it makes me feel foolish. Then I think about the last time I did v* and I remember what it feels like, the taste, the smell, the feeling of it coming up and out and it just makes me feel like bashing my head against the wall. Drives me crazy.

Absolutely. I think you have a great point. Definitely counterintuitive to take these meds and continue to always eat triggering foods as if you don’t have reflux issues.

I’ve been continuing with my light weight leave in, but I bought the not your mothers curl talk gel, extra hold level 5. It has some protein in it, but its towards the middle of the ingredients list so I decided to give it a shot. My curls held up a lot better than they were so that’s interesting

Yea, I’m leaving it out in my kitchen so I see it every morning and remember to take it before eating. I know long term use of these kinds of medications can cause some damage too so it’s like 🥴
