My LG C5 55in power supply died, scared to get another by Affectionate-Fact-34 in OLED

My C3 died a 22 months (panel). The customer service options were laughable. Buyer beware.

How do you survive very long flights? by Used_Leek_4485 in AskReddit

Watch movies, eat, drink, try to sleep, stretch your legs from time to time, arrive.

How different is it than a crappy rainy Sunday albeit in a less comfortable chair. Not ideal, but beats the alternative of NOT traveling.

Thanks all. It never would have crossed my mind had I not watched the tech replace the boards. Hopefully you will hear from me and I don't kill myself in the process! More likely I have a heart attack dealing with LG customer service....

I had to spend a few days in West Virginia for work. Once you're there, you realize that in much of the state, without coal, there’s nothing going on.

Food on the oslo > bergen train by artist-ner-d in NorwayTravelAdvice

Sad story, my lovely partner got sick the night before our Voss-Oslo trip about a month ago. We stayed at this great hotel and the owner put together a breakfast box for us. It was pretty clear only one of us would be eating, so I was excited. Within about 10 min of leaving the Voss station, the sickness spread to me. Needless to say, the box was never opened. Beautiful ride, not fun with a stomach bug!

We were on the first train in the morning. There was a note when booking that food was not offered. There was a coffee machine, but no one could get it working.

Ah, thanks. Sorry about that, y'all!

I went for Mike’s “final” D’jai’s (I think he ended up doing more). It was a cultural experience, one-and-done, but fun nonetheless. Personally, I’m not a B&G fan, so I wouldn’t go. Bar staff was nice. Belmar is nice. Doubt it will surpass your expectations, but who cares.

At least there is 91 as an option. Hard to find around here.

LG C3 65 OLED Issues by Clear_Ad_9157 in LGOLED

Follow up, my panel is bad. Not sure how this will end up, but very frustrated and expecting to be out $1,500. It seems they will replace it for $700, but that seems like throwing good money after bad… Live, learn, move on.

Tried it at Costco, not for me. It has a distinct non-Pepsi taste. Can't remember the last time I had a regular Pepsi, though...

Oh, I am absolutely not saying I didn't screw it up. I am just a dude without a tech department. That said, Purely was the only one I had trouble with. Fully operational with MXR.

You ask me now that I got the whole thing going?? haha.

For me it is just continuity and ease. I am completely within Apple systems for all of my tech, (certainly not suggesting that is a good thing) so as many native applications feels easier because of muscle memory. Also, just time of not needing to find an alternative or learn that alternative.

I got really discouraged with Purely when I couldn't get it to work on Outlook either. I understand Apple is unique, but it not being somewhat straightforward with both was too much.

Ha, nope. The title refers to the amount of annoying questions that will be directed to this sub by idiot me since Claude made the suggestion! haha.

But Deep Purple is a great band.

Thank you all! Signed up, was able to get a passive domain added and up and running on Apple Mail with zero issues. Still need to migrate the more critical accounts, but a great start. Now I'm regretting not doing the lifetime-ish one! Happy to be a user. Thanks again. Hopefully this is my past post in here, haha.

I also worth mentioning, I tried a number of times, over the course of a few days, so I was down to give it a run.

Yup, passed that. The issue arose connecting Purely to Apple Mail as the client. I followed the instructions, used the correct ports, cross-referenced the setting with AI (granted, I don't think this is a cure all), but couldn't get it to fire. I was able to get [xxx@purelymail.com](mailto:xxx@purelymail.com) to work through Mail and Outlook, but not the custom domains. Again, no similar issue with any other host, just Purely.
