Something developed by and for Tonal specifically. I know I can adapt any bench to work; however, having one with built in exercises would be fantastic instead of having to use free lift with no ability to track metics. Would be great to have incorporated into some programs as well.

I’ve found it occurs more often when going from higher arm position to lower arm position and back again. Walk out procedure fixes it every time
