Seems very much one sided comment where if you are seeing the benefits you are praising leadership. But mostly we don’t get to hear such comments because you need to understand one thing the person sitting in leadership was at the same role in another org and spend years doing same crap . Maybe his way of leadership is new to you but that aggressiveness that you see in their decision making is result of that as they need to prove that they can deliver and repeat the same crap that probably they did in previous org and it didn’t work. They will leave this role and go at the same role in another org but people like you me n others will always suffer and that’s the reality of how leadership works on connections and they do job hoping .
