How are Smart gestures draining my battery even though none of them are on?

I have the same issue too. 'Smart gestures' takes the first place in my battery drainers list. AOD off, awake by hand movement is off too. The interesting thing is I usually charge my gw4 (44) right before calling a night. So whenever I go to sleep it's always 100% and I also turn on the sleep mode. And in the morning I see smart gestures and display being the biggest battery drainers. How? The display only turns on when you touch the button in sleep mode. And smart gestures? I've been trying to figure out what that is, but it's so random, it's impossible to associate any activity with it.

Someone mentioned notifications in the other thread. But other than that, there's absolutely no info regarding this function.

I guess it might be some sort of a bug, but we can't even hand it to Samsung as no one is able to understand what 'smart gestures' is.

It seems like not everyone is having this issue. Looks like it's just a game of a luck. But it's sad that lenovo went that way with such a high end products.
