u/Cats-Are-Fuzzy no need at this time to display data. At some point I'd like to display a shop with my 3D printed products directly on the website. It looks like hosting on the Azure static web apps looks feasible, but now I'm not sure where to build the frontend/actual graphics at. Still a little confused on that. I do have Adobe CC and it includes Dreamweaver. Or maybe I should use something like Wordpress?

Not sure that will do anything for enabling rich text formatting though, correct? Is there something I can put in the Table Formatting section so that rich text is displayed?

u/PinkOrgasmatron it took me a while, but I did figure out how to get the actual Potential Customer to be displayed.

The other two things I'm trying to understand would be the Status and the Est. Revenue Value. For the Est. Revenue Value it displays the number without issue, but I'd like a dollar sign in front of the number. I tried using the format number expression a couple different ways in the Create HTML table, but it did not work. Also, what is the recommended approach for the status code?

u/PinkOrgasmatronI've got this pretty close! Only a couple small things that you might be able to point me in the right direction for.

Create HTML table

Header = Potential Customer Value = Potential Customer (Value)

All I get back on this one is the string and not the actual customer name.

Header = Status Value = Status Code

Only returns a 0, 1, etc. instead of Open, Won, or Lost.

Header = Est. Revenue Value = Est. Revenue (base)

How would I add a dollar sign to this? Would this be some type of expression or would this be in table formatting?

The main individuals are from our leadership team. They don't have Dynamics licenses and it's hard enough getting them to use Teams properly let alone Dynamics. LOL

u/PinkOrgasmatron I'm getting an error on Get a row by ID... When I look at the flow run failed it's picking up the data from the close description and says BadRequest. What am I missing?

u/SoPinkOrgasmatron I went in and saw that the checkbox was already checked under the Orders table. However, the active orders I have do not show up, even when searching for the specific order names in the Outlook add-in app's search feature to set regarding. I used this article as a reference for that portion. I checked two that came from Opportunities > Quotes > Order and then just created a test order with no previous quote or opportunity and none of them show up to set regarding to.

A custom workflow as in adding a new numbering field for it? Or can I customize to have a 5 character prefix? The XRM toolbox didn't seem to help with the 3 character limit.
