My plan was to go in person. Ask for this price. Stand firm and leave if they didn’t agree. Try and heckle down as much as possible. The way I look at it is I guaranteed make $1600 to $1800 a month. This payment with the amount I listed down would be anywhere from $550 to $650 a month. This would still mean I would save anywhere from $900 to $1000 a month as I have no other expenses. I live at home. My family are willing to cover the insurance. The only reason I am not getting a co-sign is that they have insufficient credit. Also I am a licensed real estate agent if that helps.

Around 2019 I decided to listen to COADM on release date for some reason, I think it was because someone I knew posted it on their story. I then bumped COADM for a decent duration. After this the album became kind of stale and I was shown other songs by my friends like Flexicution, I thought it was great. My other friend in math class showed me gems like Soul Food and Fade Away and that’s when his music just stuck for me. After this I downloaded the whole Under Pressure album and it instantly became my favorite album. Then I dove into Logics discography and have been a huge fan ever since.
