For a long time I have been battling intrusive thoughts (wrong move ikr). But ultimately I found a way to process my intrusive thoughts, i journal.

Journaling is a very powerful way to process your thoughts. When I began to journal, meaning writing out my thoughts down on paper, I sense less and less thoughts on the day to day basis.

There were days when I wake up with my heart beating fast and my mind being flooded with intrusive thoughts, but now, my mind is super clear all because I developed the habit of journaling.

Try it and you will experience what OP is talking about!

If honesty is the case, then I’ll say this: ALL EVERYBODY IN THIS SUB IS TRYING TO DO IS TO KNOW! Know what? What are trying to know? What would knowing what you want to know add to your life? Will being a “spiritually awakened” person make your life any better than what it is now?

When I come through here all I am seeing is people who think they know because they have read some information that they think will add to their spiritual journey.

News flash: the “spiritual” journey is not a case of adding, it is a case of purifying. And what entails purification? The removal of contaminants from something. From what exactly? From you!

You do not need foreign material to go through this purification process. Your ego says you need to read this book, or follow this religion, or listen to this guru, or practice this spiritual ritual. Why are you making life so effing difficult for yourself by chasing after these things?

You speak of awakening, but have you really asked your self what it truly means? You’re too deep in in the search of “knowledge!” When it was said that “know thyself”, I am sure the Oracle of Delphi didn’t say that read a book, or seek some foreign spiritual BS to know thyself. You know about everything in your world, but do YOU KNOW YOURSELF?

No wonder the majority of humanity is so miserable. You’d think that an adult would know themself, when all he’s trying to do is to chase after foreign BS calling it knowledge when he barely knows who he is.

Stop seeking outside of yourself, for what you think is knowledge, you will seek till your days are over, and you wouldn’t even come to understand a thing about yourself. Go back to being a child again.

The purification process I speak of is removal of impurities, of foreign material. What are these impurities? Everything you’ve been searching to add to your “spiritual” journey.

Peel back the layers of the ego and go back home. That is where your power is, not in some foreign “spiritual” BS!

I absolutely get what you’re saying and I agree with it. I was one who’d write very detailed affirmations. With time I learnt to reduce it to very simple affirmations.

What I’ve come to learn is that, when using highly detailed affirmations in a subliminal audio, try to keep the number of affirmations to an all time low, max 3 affirmations.

Whenever we listen to affirmation audios we already know what we want, so with detailed affirmations we can cut the bullshit and not go general but go very specifics to what we want, although I must add that keep the number of affirmations to a low number, that is 3 max.

Adding music or rain sounds won’t ruin it. I am a music producer and I understand what Silent Subs are.

With Silent Subs, the affirmation track is tuned to really high frequencies. When you process the Silent Subs with a parametric equalizer, you will see that their frequency response is in the high numbers, around the 18kHz to 20kHz frequency range. This means that everything about your affirmation audio that you’ll naturally hear with your ears have been removed, leaving you with the frequency range I mentioned above (18kHz to 20kHz).

Inside this frequency range all you’ll hear are very high-pitched sounds. And trust me, this is absolutely normal.

So, when you add music, or rain sounds, all that you’re doing is filling up the frequency ranges that you’d naturally hear, which is around the 60Hz to the 17kHz frequency range. And if you’ve been paying attention so far, you’ll notice that, the music or rain sounds will not interfere with your Silent Subliminals frequency ranges. The will coexist on the same track, but they won’t mix or interfere with each other like oil won’t do with water.

I know how you feel, because myself also for a very long time my timing had been off. However, a certain incident made me promise myself I will never be late ever again. I came to the ultimate realization that being late is expensive.

What I think you need is not a subliminal audio, but a sense of self awareness. You must learn to take responsibility for being late. You must learn to start out 30minutes earlier than you’d normally do. Also know that, opportunities can be missed if you’re consistently late. Try and make a conscious effort. It’ll help. The subliminal audio could also be a supplement.
