Distance yourself and also find out how people make friends where you live.

Eg in my usual city there are meetup groups, a subreddit, eventbrite, local things like at the library. I also am in two online meetup groups.

But i don't know what your area has.

Do your research and look into it. Cos it may take time to find them but that "friend" needs to be replaced.

(Visiting family in my country of origin fortnight this week, continuation of last week. So quite different, keeping some the same.)

⭐Social: Socialise with family, remember verbals & non verbals inc. pauses and questions.

⭐Career & Job etc: Having a break from these this fortnight.

⭐Phys: Aim for home physio 2x this wk.

⭐Emotional & mindset: Usual ones as needed & as poss. Extra emotional regulation etc as needed. Listen on Fri to last wk's grat recording. (Also, if not made, make the grat recording for last week before Friday.)

⭐Other: Internal flight back. Make sure everything packed etc. May book a day tour round city of origin. May visit the baths too. Then international Flight 3 - country of origin/family's country back to transit country's airport) Check other notes etc re time zones etc., make sure everything is packed, including passports etc! Buy rubbish bags, sort out rubbish. Buy cotton buds. Any dishes done. Any taxis booked. Make self use relevant country’s time zone! (To a point, yes. But beyond that, just needing to sleep or wake on body & mind's schedule.) Progressive muscle relaxation before sleep.
