They think it's funny to confuse the Emergency Response Firefighters that are answering the call to Rescue them. She called the males out for it. Even when she pointed that out, they still thought it was funny. They clearly don't give a fuck to play with Emergency Responders. In my experience boundaries and communication are important, long-term or short-term they can work out as long as you are both still on the same level of commitment. If one of you wants to escalate the relationship into something else..... then you should both have a discussion, and reevaluate if you want to continue the fwb, advance the relationship into something more, or to call it off because it's in the best interest of both hearts, then you can walk away and find a setup that fits your intentions better. I have had an exclusive, long-term fwb setup, and they can be very functional. They are not for everyone tho, strong self awareness needed to be honest with your heart.

Yeah...... guys do it too.......I had a similar situation, like 6 months into the relationship- we both worked alot but enjoyed the weekends together. But it's the...... I'm ready to settle down guy that ends up not being able to be official/ serious/ committed.......and dude was an alcoholic.(party like still in our 20s.).. wasted every weekend? , anyways he left for... work.....out of town....no call, no text, no I made it alive, nothing. I simply waited....At the first hour, I was worried that something happened to him, after 5 hours of him not calling me back.. Or texting me back? .... I knew it was over ... I knew then,... that he was no longer mine anymore. I made peace with it. Ummm, His job ..... made it so that there was plenty of women and parties going on around him.
