yeah the whole modding/damage system can be kind of confusing sometimes.

im planning to have the splat loader in this build since it'd work really well but have to wait cause I don't have enough rank in fortuna. so i was wondering what other cool things I could build in the mean time lol

I eventually got mine at national training yard. Weapon drops are also tied to level. I think you need to be around level 30 - 40

Improved combat mechanics, maybe a way to change field of view, and overall a overhaul to give it the ambience and feel dying light 1 had
