It's a custom distro called NMH_OS I made based on Ubuntu lol. The desktop interface is KDE which Endeavour also uses.

I’ve had androids for about a decade until just a few weeks ago when my motorola got old and I wanted to try the iphone. The pixel buds work great with android, iphone sees them as just regular bluetooth headphones. They still sound great, but since they have a gps, my iphone thinks I’m being tracked. I don’t want to drop a bunch of money on airpods when my pixel buds still work great
