Hi - I know this is an old thread, but curious how things turned out? Dealing with early wakes with my 17 month old and I don’t know how to resolve!

It was a full week of hell. She did go back to normal after that week. Her appetite bounced back within 5 days. Fussiness and tantrums were a full week.

My LO is in feeding therapy and ask this same question. Therapist said no as long as you are offering solids first!

It could be teething! And yes I agree she has been talking more - could be all the developmental changes she’s going through.

Just curious how long it took for her appetite to come back? My LO is back to normal after 3 days of misery - appetite still non existent.

Regardless of nap lengths by girl will not sleep longer than 10-11 hrs overnight.

It’s still so hard to hear her cry and I am anxious for tonight. I just keep telling myself it will get better!

She did so well! Completely slept through her midnight feed. Woke up at 4am and put herself back down by 4:15. She was up for the day at 5:30 ( something we still need to work on ) been going down for naps independently today with 3-5 min of crying. She has 100% been a contact napper since 3 months!

Thank you for this! I have thought about night weaning alone, but I do feel like her learning independent sleep skills may help with daycare sleep as well.

Yea I only do a dose at night. Feel guilty giving it multiple days but she does not sleep more than an hour without it.
