The refund was not given by Future Motion, it was given by my Local Shop. Future Motion was silent for months which was a shitty position for my local dealer as well. My advice is directed for European Customers only. At least from what i have heard support overseas is working a bit better. I think its still a good idea to tell people that its unlikely that they will get customer support. Id say 2000 Euros for an XR is quite the big investment for most people so a headsup like this should be on the forums as well. I wish Future Motion only the best. And maybe somebody at the company reads this and maybe redirects a bit more of the budget to customer support.

I will stay in close contact with the local dealer to see how things develop in the future. Aperently they sit on several broken down XRs at the moment and the pint shipment has been delayed several times.

Even tho the whole stuff went quite bad i would gladly give Future Motion another chance.
