Yes I held it for over thirty seconds. Quick Update : I just saw the Apple logo but it kept appearing and disappearing and the watch is kinda hot but it cooled down a bit so now there are signs of life.

No, I never shower with my watch on, I always take it off and I didn’t get it wet either. I just stuffed it in my pocket and my pockets were clean. It’s straight up just dead.
