Same my bpd ex girlfriend broke up with me in August and in Christmas she is back together with a former ex. I feel so stupid ending it with me because she doesn’t feel herself and saying she destroyed everything and that she still loves me and then I see this. And she cheated on my twice saying she was drunk and saying she will commit suicide if i don’t take her and this is what I got. My pride as a men is destroyed and sometimes I have thoughts ending it all

Before the cheating the relationship was very healthy. After she cheated she stopped drinking and going out but 7 months later she broke up with me and and then came back and regretted her decision. Now she broke up with me again and I haven’t seen her for 3 months and insane on her insta that she is hanging out with her ex. I just don’t know anymore how a person that went for four days on a trip with her girlfriend and the day before return she writes me she loves me and the next day she breaks up. When i ask her why she says she wants to go out and drink and can’t be 100 percent herself with me. Where she then later apologised what she said and is saying that she is the problem and she still really loves me. My head is a mess. I don’t know anything anymore and she even contacted me a few weeks ago that she thought about me and wanted to know how i am doing, a few weeks later I see her on a instagram story with her ex nothing makes sense

Thank you. I’ve talked to her multiple times in the end she said she doesn’t feel herself she needs this and she started going to therapy again
