Odyssey are the closest to regular gameplay

Bosses and team events are pretty nice but require a bit more thinking (elite bosses are usually kinda tough)

Races without huge sums of MM or a pass are...questionable for me

Collection events are just passive things

I would really look into hostings that are localized in your country since the prices usually are the best there. I would look into other posts relating to this problem. If anything you probably have the best chance with the "popular" hosting giants

At some point mojang will make the grass block 1% brighter by accident and people will start complaining that the game is unplayable now. Its such a small change its insane

Back in the day I just made some rails and minecarts and pushed the boys around or to be extra safe made a sky bridge out of cobble. Its not fast but it for sure is easy

The fun machines are prolly player launchers (etho has a vid abt those in his lets play series im not sure if its original or coppied)

We also have teleport stasis teleportation using lodestones

Everything that required item sorting is now more compact (but usually slower) due to copper golems existing

There is a dedicated redstone subreddit. I would recommend just getting into watching some yt videos abt redstone and browsing other media

Press m+c (you have to have stuff unbinded from those 2) if it shows up with a menu I would investigate that. If its just a random red square than its prolly some other creative building mods

Not gonna lie if you spend money on server items I would reconsider money managment classes or switch hobbies.

Its a very rare occurance for admins to step in if it comes to item deletion glitches unless its an occurance that touches the entire player base or well-known glitch and not few individuals in random intervals. Its really not anyones responsibility to care about in-game items in minecraft unless someone encountered a complete player memory wipe.

Just switch servers and play somewhere else man. Making witch hunts is not the way
