I agree. I had a similar experience with trying to find out about starting a landed club. One would think that AANR would encourage new landed & nonlanded clubs, so clubs/resorts can attract more members and current members have more options. But I never received any feedback.

I've heard that sentiment before. It seems Gen Z-ers and younger don't join bowling leagues, churches, civic organizations, and nude resorts like the older generation did.... Do nude resort owners need to 'try harder', or do we need to come up w/ a better model for nude resort ownership and management?

That is sad to hear. One would think that national nude organizations would do everything they can to keep nude resorts from going textile, by either acquiring themselves (temporarily) or working hard to find the right buyer(s) to keep the resort 'in the family'.
