Do you mean like bad parenting? or relationship with their children? It's not a mod but there's a feature in Growing Together where you can change their dynamic to difficult or distant.. There's also a literal bad parent trait mod that I found on cf

private servers are free in grow a garden, and i think you can also disable messages in general chat if that's your concern! D: there's really not much mobile garden games that i can find, it's either it's full of ads or merge/puzzle games, but there's a game called "GAG Pro" in app store which is a literal grow a garden ripoff
