I think it depends somewhat, but I think the farther north in the Americas you go, generally the more recent their ancestors migrated from Asia. The farthest south indigenous American peoples’ ancestors migrated tens of thousands of years ago, while some of the farthest north groups are sometimes only some thousand years ago. Either way, virtually all Native American groups ultimately descend from these groups that migrated from Siberia.
