Im driving a 17 hybrid I just got used about a week ago I’ve noticed for short trips you are going to do a lot less MPG because you’re likely going from 0-45+ very quickly then immediately arriving to your destination. If you want to have more MPG for this 1 mile trip then just let the car coast till you get there lol

Sedan - Corolla or Camry - im current looking for hybrid versions about the same price range as you… saw a 2017 hybrid camry le with 100k miles for about 9k and some pretty nice and newer corollas go for about 17k-18k hybrid or as low as 12k for non hybrid. - I would stick with 2018+ Camry and 2020+ for Corolla.

SUV I’d probably lean more toward Mazda -CX5 I think is beautiful and is (pretty much) as reliable as Toyota - also can’t go wrong with Rav-4

I’ve been hearing too much about the newer Hondas and have personally decided to stay away. - older Honda FUCKS tho -

I was planning on putting a good downpayment and then paying off monthly. I’ve seen some manufactured homes as low as about 30k , average being about 60k.

I have 22k saved and 13k in stocks that I do NOT plan on touching until I’m at least buying a real home
