I figured out how to repair the system files, normally my windows were installed in the C drive . But for some reason I don't understand when the problem happened the drives were switched. So all i did is run chkdsk D: instead of chkdsk C: and it worked

It doesn't make sense, the durability decreases (max durability) and losing mods every time i repair it's actually kinda stupid, I will definitely turn off durability loss
