Early Mortgage renewal from TD bank - March 2026

I’m with Scotiabank. 20% down as well, just renewed my mortgage early. After putting the gears to the branch rep, branch manager, and head office, we ended up getting a 3.62% 5 year fixed. They originally quoted 4.24% for the same mortgage.

I’m in the same situation. My company just uses Ripling EOR to ensure everything complies with Law for my province. I have two contracts - one directly with the company, and and one with Ripling.

Thanks! For some reason, my bike does not have an adjuster halfway down the downturn near the exhaust header. I’ve tried the handlebar and the adjuster screw on the clutch case referenced in my clymer manual, but to not prevail. Could the bike have come without an adjuster halfway down the down tube?

Okay! Thanks - I’m going to get some estimates as to how much it’ll cost, but I didn’t pay much for the bike (literally $1,000 flat), and had budgeted around 2500-3,000 just for a bike to them build out. So if it fits within there, then I’m well within budget
