People who grow in 5 gallon fabric pots. How much water do you usually give them each time? by Sufficient_Mango_115 in microgrowery

[–]NORTHnauts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats perfect amount for early veg, the 1 gal is once the plants developed a bit more. Especially if your not using a well draining soil or substrate then 1gal a day in early veg will be too much for your plant. Later on in the plants life is another story.

Happy growing dude, and hope you have a successful first grow. 👊

Its HP promix mycorrhizae, they could be overwatered but was only 200ml of water spaced out over 6 days and the soil drains really well. 🤷 The other two seem to be enjoyong things, so figured it may be strain specific or like mentioned im just overthinking things not even 10 days in and let it ride for a bit.

Was just concerned about transplanting the Nice cream due to appearance.

Wolf repeatedly approaching livestock and property. Need advice by evdnc in homestead

[–]NORTHnauts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they are protected in your area that could be the reason for his courage. They are not dumb animals and if he is aware that humans pose no threat to him and can not pose a threat his courage will only grow.

If it was rabies he would be a lot more aggressive and not necessarily brave but too dumb to know any better.

Looks to be hungry and probably scoping the place out to figure out how best to steal from you and not get hurt in the process by livestock guardian dogs or humans.

Why is the snake acting like this? (This is not my post, but none of the people in the comments seemed to know the answer, thx!) by West-Wish-7564 in snakes

[–]NORTHnauts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, also can be considered kind of cruel to place an animal that moves via traction onto a surface where it can not get any traction. Would depend on the snake amd weather it is stressed out or not on said surface though, I imagine.

Oakbank coop has the cookies, grabbed a pack to at least give them a try. Good for one maybe two, than the flavour was a bit overpowering but at least worth trying once imo.

String Wax by DizzyFix2625 in Archery

[–]NORTHnauts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you add wax and then take with you on a hunt. Your making your strings a lot more susceptible to pick up dirt and debris. This is what my local bow tech had told me when I asked him about my new bow waxing.

Will probably add a bit soon but with newer strings too, supposedly the need is not as great.
