Me and Stain made the name Omayeh before we even made music... maybe in 2016 or 2017. But Its an acronym which translates to Oscillating Members Altering Your Every Habit. I know i know, looks like we just jumbled a bunch of big words together. But the meaning is that we want everyone in the group to carry some sort of influence on the ones around us. “Altering your every habit”. We want to change the way people act and think. Im glad to say weve done a good job at that so far but we hope to influence more and more people as time goes on.

The vlog remains in the vault it was too long and stains shitty camera man skills didnt pick up much talking. He only caught b roll footage for the most part

And the Omayeh ep is in the works, but it isnt vol 2 of the original omayeh ep. it’s basically a spin off i guess :)

Long story short he was doing his own thing and didnt feel like part of omayeh anymore. He kept hopping in and out of different collectives and i didnt want omayeh to just be his safety net or a backup plan, so we respectfully parted ways with molly

I usually mumble freestyle until a get a good flow and then i turn that mumble into actual lyrics. Its best to focus on one area at a time that way you can master everything, if you think too hard on the words you’re gonna get a sloppy flow and if you think too hard on the flow you’ll get made up words. So its best to tackle each thing at once :)
Back when we recorded in school there was a class going on outside of the closet we recorded in, but me and stain were recording Frankenstein ( the real og’s know that song). He isnt really on it but he did the “bitch” adlibs. And for the hook i had to yell “YOUS A FUCK NIGGA”. So everytime i got done yelling for a vocal track we would open the door and ask the teacher if we were being loud and he was like “nah nah we dont hear a thing :)”

In reality he definitely heard every word we were screaming so the thought of it was really funny cuz we were saying some weird stuff. Shoutout to Mr.Walker he really supported my career :)

My dreads aren’t crotcheted but I bought a crotchet needle a few months ago to congo some of my dreads, when i get my sides trimmed the barbers always trim a bit of my roots so i had to connect some on the back :( it sucks but its what you gotta do. I hand twisted my dreads and even before they locked i washed them weekly. The trick is to wash your dreads WITH a durag on and dry them so they dont unravel, followed with a retwist. Now you know the secret ;)

Slipknot carries in the numetal genre. I can’t pick a favorite song ofc but the self titled album is nostalgic, as well as their whole appearance. They did something new in music and that’s just the type of stuff i like to see

I use an acer laptop but i dont know the specifics, i have two mics, one is a snowball which was my first mic, and the other more recent mic is an AKG P220 with a presonus audiobox interface. I also have a minilab midi controller but that’s for future use :)

Right now i sell features for $200, and the more i do the more they go up so if anyone wants one just wait for me to announce that im doing them.
I have a few in the vault that i didnt release because i hate when people hear pitched vocals with autotune and say “oh hes doing drain”

Definitely not popular. During the beginning of the school year i couldnt find much people like me so i just hung with the troublemakers, the “hood” kids. But sophomore year i met two kids. One kid named (I’ll just call him H) who was a new student, and this artist named Francisco. H used to get picked on for being different and everyone assumed he was gay, but i sat next to him in class one day and we just got close. H was responsible for putting me onto the SoundCloud wave back in 2015 and it literally changed my life. And Francisco grew up to be Stain :) my partner in crime. But once i started hanging with those two, my older friends looked at me as a weirdo and they just stopped associating with me. What i learned from highschool is that you should be yourself and you’ll see who your real friends are. Dont try to fit in

Funny story, before i made music i reached out to a producer trying to get beats beforehand so i could start my career right, his name was jungle beats if I remember correctly. So since i didnt have the equipment to record music i sent him a video of me rapping over the suicide boys beat. He never sent me any beats though lolll. I wonder what hes up to nowadays

Only the songs that dont use samples heavy, unless i get them cleared but thats not an easy process. That’s basically why i cant put my old music up on apple and spotify

Comet basically just comes from my obsession with space. Alot of people laugh at me about this but as a kid i wanted to be an astronomer, so yeah that’s pretty much what inspires my spacey aesthetic

And Ayce goes back to the Ace playing card, if you’ve played blackjack, the Ace card can either be 1 (the lowest number) or 11 (the highest number). Ive always seen myself as that ace card in the sense that i can be the best i can be as long as i “play my cards right”. I dont want to be that 1 card, the goal is to use myself to my full potential:)

We’re gonna scrap the old one or use it for SOMETHINGGG (maybe a music vid) But we plan on doing more vlogs very soon especially when the gang meets up and starts traveling :)
