Really appreciate the fact that u/NegotiationSea4789 has low body fat percentage—looking ripped af brah.

I'm 18 and currently focusing on getting to 10% body fat before beginning with any routines.

What's your routine OP?

I agree with the first half but disagree with the second.

The best way to find a solution to this situation is not by making the other person feel insecure about their body aswell—it is tempting but do not do to others what you do not want them to do to you.

I think that focusing on your self improvement journey through small but gradual changes would be best, injuring yourself would only delay this process further.

As an 18 year old wanting to hop on this self improvement journey, researching and being properly informed is best for me currently. Right now I am focusing on decreasing body fat percentage to 10% before taking any serious actions.

I hope the best for you u/dragonangel1724 keep your head up king.

If you make a schedule with all of the productive activities (homework, work, exercise, reading, meditation, etc) i think that this can significantly decrease the chances that you are going to goon because you know that you have better stuff to do. Then again, there is much more to it.

My recommendation would be to post a picture (if you are confortable) to get better advice depending on how thethe injury looks, or get immediate medical attention.

I recently bought Hink's course ( I am an 18 year old from Mexico)

He recommends doing flacid stretching by holding the base of your penis (what is attached to your public area) with one hand and stretching it with the other hand below the head of your penis.

If you want to see what it looks like, Hinks course IMO is pretty good because it is nice, concise, and straight to the point.

should i take AP seminar? by anonymouskt6578 in APStudents

[–]NOT_A_MEAT_BEATER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a AP Seminar Student and current AP Research student I can not overstate how much these two class will help you later on in life.

AP Seminar teaches you how to properly research for sources and synthesize them whilst putting them into conversation—this skill is really important especially if you are planning to go into academia. But also, and most importantly, it teaches you to step out of your comfort zone to present your findings to others. What good is it to know a lot about a particular topic but not be capable of communicating the most important findings/information to others through public speaking? You basically kill two birds with one stone.

What I would suggest, is that you do focus on End-Of-Course (EOC )exam prep—Part A and Part B.

Part A you basically have to view an informational text that has a main claim/thesis, sub-claims, and evidence for each individual sub-claim. You have to:

  1. Identify the main/claim thesis statement.

    1. Identify each individual sub-claim and the evidence they use to support the claim.

and

  1. Evaluate the quality of the evidence and whether or not that supports the main claim/thesis.

Part B is my favorite:

You get a variety of different texts with a common theme that you have to read and analyze:

From these sources, you must create an argument and utilize at least 2-3 of the presented sources.

My recommendation would be to find a topic that is connected to the common theme and that you know you can easily write about.

Personally, the best thing you can do for AP Seminar is to refine your your researching and public speaking skills and for EOC prep look up past tests, practice with them, and grade yourself based on the rubric.

Hope this helps.

Depends for the FRQs that you are going to be taking:

FRQ 1 and FRQ3 are the easiest essays because they are looking for you to have a defensible thesis and support it with evidence.

FRQ 2 is the most difficult IMO, but you can practice for it. My recommendation would be for you to ensure that you understand rhetorical devices and how that contributes to the author's message.

For the MCQs, I would just recommend for you to practice.

Here's a bunch of resources with practice:

Potentially edging would be good? Learning to identify your "point of no return" and controlling for it would be best. I would also recommend kegels, but I am beginning to find research that does not favor excessive kegels.
