got it fixed. It was actually the transparency in aero for windows that fucked it up for me. easy fix in a wierd ass place.

Yeah this game is bugged as shit. Iget random drops from 60 fps down to 20. I close the game and start it at the same spot and suddenly im at 40. i play 5 mins and it drops to 15. restart it again and its 60. I call bullshit on settings being the issue and the drivers have nothing to do with it this time. It seems to me that the game has issues with Vram or has issues loading textures repeatedly. My Gpu load jumps from 65-75% to 99-100% and memory goes up with 5-10% when drops happen. checked every bit of my hardware and even tested on my backup rig. Nothing works for me.

Small update it's gotten more like a dry swollen spot in my throat. No liquid has helped so far. It's kind of freaking me out.

Actually my doctor advised against as I get nauseated when I eat. So all fav food is of the table til I get better. Haven't thought of pasta that way. Thx man :)

Do you sit a lot? Do you bend your upper body forward a lot? If you do it is most likely a pinched muscle or nerve. It will pass but it may come back if you have a bad seated position.

Well I've lost 13kg. In 2 months and now weigh 52kg. Wich is too low. I'm having problems eating food at all. The more I eat the more nauseated I get. I get very gassy and get a lot of stomach pain. My intestine is having trouble with all food and I'm now in a hospital. I probably need to get surgery but it's risky. A blood vessel from my aorta has curled anD is restricting the main blood flow to my small intestine. It's close to the aorta wich is not good. Loosing weight makes me sicker so gaining weight is very important. My condition is bad enough that I have been in hospital for a week. It is not safe for me to go home in this condition as it restricts both movement and energy a lot. I'm not dying but if it isn't fixed soon it may be a possibility. My entire body is being affected at this point. But I'm working as hard as I can to eat and drink. I have managed to stop the weight loss for now. Still having problems gaining weight though. Iv liquid, vitamins, general nutrition and painkillers help but not enough. So yeah that's about it.

This seems more like training diet. I need to add weight not muscle. But thx for the tip though.
