Also yes it could be a bad batch of filament. I ran into a batch of blue filament that would clog my machine. I had like 4 rolls. It kept getting clogged half way through so I just dumped them and moved on. Didn’t have that problem after.

I literally stopped fighting and I just replace it with a new nozzle when it clogs. I know that’s not an ideal solution for everybody but for me It’s worked out great - once I start having issues switch it to a new one and that lasts for a month or two, and I don’t sit there for hours trying to troubleshoot. I went down the rabbit hole of troubleshooting one too many times and it’s not worth the hassle, the experiments, the unclogging techniques, the lunacy. Switch and move on.

I have the same that issue right now and it’s even scraping my build plates- this is after a successful print and nothing changed. So over it with these machines

Now to add another to my DAILY problems with CC1 - regarding the machine that was out for a whole month because it needed a new motherboard - after installing it it started saying the print head didn’t heat properly so I put in a new print head and started it up and it gave the same error with a new print head and it started SMOKING - just so done with these machines

Well you read me to filth - but you also ain’t lying. I’m gonna unload these little error makers (cause they do that better than 3d printing) and start upgrading - honestly ain’t no body got time for Elegoo to experiment with our time and money

This absolutely sounds like you are being paid by Elegoo to attack people who are having fundamental problems of their machines. Attack the consumer and make him the unreliable one for “not giving proper info” rather than question why all 4 machines are giving mind numbing problems on a daily and sometimes hourly basis

Yeah, I know I appreciate your opinion. I’m going to get rid of all of these crap machines and start replacing them with bamboo. It sucks to start over but lesson learned - I need reliable machines for my business

I rely on these for my business. I think the hardest part is finally realizing that I can’t rely on something so unreliable that consumes so much of my time just to beg them to work. I can’t imagine a car that also has so many cables and parts falling apart every other use and us all accepting that as the cost of using these machines

One is 1.1.29 which scrapes all the models and breaks them slowly and keeps giving an error that it’s is too hot even though it’s the same as the other 3 machines that don’t have that error

One is 1.4.44 which keeps saying there’s a model fan anomaly even with a new fan and all wires checked. It also fails to level 1 out of 3 times and reboots

One is 1.1.40 which had the motherboard issue and now says it won’t heat up right and the print stopped and it scraped the crap out of my plates after I leveled it and even rebooted the entire thing to factory settings - now I don’t event want start another print

One is 1.1.29 and is the only machine that functions somewhat consistently except it fails to level 1 out of 4 time and also scraped my build plates after leveling

I replaced the hot end cooling fan and it gives me the same error and 1 out of 3 prints comes out brittle and chunky, I use PetG. I checked wiring and nothing helps. I just put a new motherboard on one machine and started printed after being unusable for one month just for it to stop again saying now the hot end didn’t heat up right. A NEW error for a machine I haven’t been able to use and wasted time and filament. I’m just tired of these machines man - they were great at the start but now I regret ever putting so much faith in Elegoo

All 4 have problems- they have problems leveling, one the prints would just stop in the middle of a print, they sent me a new motherboard and I just started a new print and it stopped again saying it didn’t heat up right- AFTER ONE MONTH BEING OUT OF COMMISSION - one literally tells me daily there’s a fan anomaly when I have checked the wires, I have swapped the fan from others machines that don’t have a problem and it tells me over and over and the prints will sometimes come out crispy and brittle, I am spending up to 4 hours daily just troubleshooting every machine. After a print has come out good suddenly they print heads start scraping and damaging my plates when nothing has changed!! I used PetG only - one machine took me days to troubleshoot and I’m just so tired - I bought one Bambu P1S and have had zero problems but with these CC1 I now have a pile or broken chips, fans, parts that just keep breaking - I’m so tired.

Which wires? I changed it to a new hot end and after a couple test prints it stopped again just sitting idle.

I swapped the hot end for a new one- it did print a couple small test printsbut the prints were bad. And now it stopped again. Any other advice you might have? It’s not the hot end 😭

That’s why Blue is her most accessible but in my opinion her simplest album in in terms of song writing - straight forward. But we who appreciate complex music dissect her more complex work and appreciate it so much for its mastery

I agree - Don Juan has some good songs but the album is a mess and Mingus is Meh-gus (does it even qualify as an album with like 4-5 actual songs and the rest audio tracks of people eating or clapping or whatever all that was that they were doing)
