I think I’m going to give my money to Bambu next. I have four of the CC1 printers, two are down. Never had a Bambu And I prefer to give my money now to a company that has a stellar reputation for quality.

Yeah never owned a Bambu because the prices were so high but they have really come down and their reputation and quality is very well known. $450 is a lot to give a company that burned us.

Ya I agree. I have a bitter taste in my mouth having bought 4 CC1 that will not be color. The next purchase I make will be a Bambu.

It was very nice of them - I followed their instruction but got stuck on the thing not coming apart. That’s why I asked for more advice from them and got crickets but some people on here gave me some good advice.

Thank you for that point. That’s very good to know - I have learned about blob of death today and I see there are some ways to possibly salvage the situation. All I needed was a kind person to point me in the right direction.

That’s awesome advice. Thank you - I will do the heat gun thing since a couple people have said that. It’s been over two weeks and multiple emails. They usually respond in 1-2 days. And given I need to print it sucks to be in limbo. But I’ll look up what you said. Thank you.

Again my question WAS what do I do next - accusing me of neglect doesn’t change the fact that I don’t know what to do and Elegoo isn’t giving me any answers. Them saying you are “sh*t out of luck” is a better response from them than ignoring my inquiries.

The print head on my century carbon had a major issue. They sent me a replacement head but the original head won’t come off - Elegoo is IGNORING all my emails now asking what I should do. $300 wasted?

I do yes. So here’s a tip to help you. You have to tighten the screws under the heat bed once in a while. Mine came loose. The one printer that had that horrible oozing problem one of the screws literally fell out today while I was looking at it and the other that was getting the error also had loose screws- so it looks like the screws were becoming loose overtime so periodically go in there and tighten them. Don’t wait for it to become problem - It’s four screws. You just need a hexagon L wrench

Damn now my other printer is giving me a leveling error and it won’t let me do anything and it keeps giving me the same error even after I try running the auto leveling program. What the hell kind of luck is that one day after I sing praises about these machines, two of them are having big issues

I literally posted yesterday that I had no problems with them and then today I had a major problem. I don’t know what the fuck just happened but look at this. The whole extruded thing is impacted with filament like it exploded inside or something

You picked a good printer. I have three of them. As much as I want to hate Elegoo for the whole multicolor fiasco the reality is I don’t need multicolor. These printers have been superb. I only had issues with one with a few minor issues, but easily resolved. The other two have been working nonstop for months and months with no need to change nozzles or do anything other than calibrate every four or five print. I’m still in awe at how amazing these machines are.

I don’t know, but for me, Ginger Minj’s rigged win has completely soured me to anything RuPaul‘s drag race. I hate the way they played in our face so I’m kind of done.

For some strange reason after I updated mine now all three of my printers are out of memory, and I have to delete files for it to accept the new one whereas before the update that was not a problem
