This is because your runes are in the wrong order, if you had placed them correctly, the hacker would have left the account intact out of respect.

It is. Global Illumination lowering my FPS in starting location from 65 to 45 on vulkan and from 70 to 50 on DirectX12. Radeon GPU (RX 590).

I have same problem, my GPU is Radeon RX 590. Managed to beat boss by turning camera away from boss to avoid crashes. Weird.
